מכתב מסחרי. בערבית יהודית. נשמרו מחצית תחתונה של הגב ומחצית עליונה של הגב. תיארוך: ככל הנראה המאה ה-11 או ה-12. מוזכרות סחורות כגון אלמוג, לאק, עץ ברזיל ופלפל. מוזכר סכום של 200 דינרים. מוזכרים אנשים כגון ברכאת בן סעיד, אבו עלי ואבן רשיק.
