בצד האחורי: מסמך משפטי. מינוי מנהל כללי של הקודש, בערך 1150. העתק של החלטה שהתקבלה בבית הדין בראשות הנגיד שמואל בן חנניה, שלפיה מתמנה ישעיהו הלוי למנהל הכללי של הנכסים השייכים לקודש. לאחר מנייה של סוגים שונים של נכסים, ההחלטה מדגישה את מלוא הסמכויות שניתנות לממונה ואת חסינותו מכל התערבות בפעילותו מצד בית הדין, ובכלל זה מצד חִיָּא בן יצחק. המידע מבוסס על גיל, Documents, עמ' 259 מס' 49.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Legal document. Appointment of a general administrator of the qodesh, ca. 1150. Copy of a decision taken in the court presided over by Nagid Shemuel b. Hananya by which Yesha'yahu ha-Levi is appointed general administrator of the properties belonging to the qodesh. After an enumeration of different kinds of property, the decision stresses the full prerogratives and the immunity of the appointee from any interference with his activities by the court, including Ḥiyyā b.
