קטע מכתב (צד ימין של הגב, צד ימין של הגב), כנראה מאלכסנדריה לפוסטאט. דהוי ביותר. ביטויים קריאים כוללים: 'שלח לאלכסנ[דריה]' ו'הוא קנה עבורו'. סוף הכתובת הערבית שמורה בגב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter fragment (right side of recto, right side of verso), probably from Alexandria to Fustat. Extremely faded. Legible phrases include: "Send to Alexand[ria]" and "he bought for him." The end of the Arabic address is preserved on verso ([...]īʿ b. Sahl(?)).
