שריד של שטר משפטי מהמאה ה-11 שבו מוזכרים "אנשי מצודת חיפה". בצד הרקטו נשמרה רק תחילתו של המסמך המשפטי, המתייחס ל"אנשי מצודת חיפה", ובו תאריך חלקי בלבד. בצד הוורסו מופיעות שתי שורות, ייתכן ככותרת או כרשימת ספרים קצרה: "משלי ואיוב לגאון ז״ל", ומתחת בכתב קטן יותר "וטומאה וטוהרה".
