שלושה טיוטות של עדות הנוגעת לכישוריו והתנהגותו הראויה של הרופא אבו אלחסן בן אבו סהל בן אברהים (האם מדובר בידותון הלוי?). העדים מאשרים את מהימנותו, בריאותו הטובה וערכיו המוסריים, את אדיקותו הדתית, את אמינותו, יושרו, נדיבותו ויושרת לבו. לא מופיעות חתימות עדים בפועל במסמך. התיארוך המשוער הוא בסביבות המאה ה-13. ח'אן מסמן את הצד שנשמר כ-recto להיות verso ולהיפך; ה-verso מכיל את טיוטות 1 ו-2, וה-recto מכיל את טיוטה 3. ב-verso מופיע גם הסימן הגרפי (glyph) בראש העמוד. Princeton Geniza Project description: Three drafts of a testimony concerning the qualifications and good conduct of the physician Abū l-Ḥasan b. Abū Sahl b. Ibrāhīm (=Yedutun ha-Levi?). The witnesses confirm his trustworthiness, good health and moral values, religious devotion, reliability, probity, charitableness, and integrity. No witness statements are present in the document. Ca. 13th century. Khan labels recto (as conserved) verso and vice-versa; verso contains drafts 1 and 2, and recto contains draft 3. The verso also has the glyph at the top.
