דף מתוך פנקס בית דין ככל הנראה. כתב היד נראה כשל מבורך בן נתן. מכיל מספר רשומות נפרדות, כשכל אחת מסתיימת בעיגול עם נקודה בתוכו (הـ במשמעות انتهى, "תם"). אחת הרשומות עוסקת בהקצאת כספים מתשלומי שכר דירה חודשיים לצורך לחם; רשומה נוספת עוסקת באבו אל-פרג' בן חאתם ובאישה. בצד ה־verso ישנה התייחסות לנכס שכנראה נמצא בסמוך לבית הכנסת של הירושלמים, יחד עם המגדל או השובך (burj) שמצדו המזרחי. השטח הפתוח הזה (sāḥa) מוקדש לקבורת המתים "בימי הרעה" (? sharāʾir), ואם המקום אוזל יוצאו המתים אל המדבר (אלסחרא). הרשומה שמתחת מתייחסת לחצר (qāʿa). Princeton Geniza Project description: Leaf from a court notebook, probably. Looks like the hand of Mevorakh b. Natan. Several distinct entries, each terminated by a circle with a dot in it (هـ for انتهى). One has to do with allotting funds from monthly rent payments for bread; another has to do with Abū l-Faraj b. Ḥātim and a woman; on verso there is a reference to a property probably adjacent to the Palestinian synagogue along with the tower or dovecote (burj) to its east. This open space (sāḥa) is dedicated for the burial of the dead "in the days of evil (? sharāʾir)" and if the space runs out the dead will be brought out to the desert (אלסחרא).
