מכתב מאת מנהיג יהודי מקומי אל הממונה עליו בבירה המצרית. החלק הראשון של המכתב אינו נוגע לנושא הפוליגיניה, ועל כן הושמט מן העיון. ממתין לתיאור מפורט יותר. בצד השני (verso) נעשה שימוש חוזר בקלף לצורך כתיבת נוסחאות משפטיות בכתב יד שונה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of a local Jewish leader to his superior in the Egyptian capital. The first part of the letter is irrelevant to polygyny, thus it is excluded from the work. Awaiting more detailed description. Reused on verso for legal formularies in a different hand.
