מכתב אל הגאון, ככל הנראה מחלב, ובו מתלונן הכותב על כך שהגאון נותן אוזן קשבת יתר על המידה למי שמשמיצים אותו, מתוארך לסביבות שנת 1035. בצד השני (verso): טקסט דהוי מאוד וברובו בלתי קריא, ייתכן שמדובר בתוכן ליטורגי או בדרשה.
