שטר מכר של נדל"ן — רבע מבית — בין שלמה בן משה לבין סת אלהנאא בת אלעזר הלוי. ייתכן שנכתב בידי עמנואל בן יחיאל, אך הזיהוי מוטל בספק. תיאור הנכס (החלקי) כתוב בערבית-יהודית, ואילו החלק המשפטי של השטר כתוב בעברית. במסמך נזכרים 10 דינרים ולאחר מכן ככל הנראה הסכום "אלף". (חלק מן המידע נשען על תיאור CUDL.) תיאור נוסף מתוך רשומה מקבילה: מסמך משפטי, ככל הנראה שטר מכר על רבע מבית. השמות הנזכרים בו: שלמה; אלעזר הלוי; ואולי אישה. בצדו האחורי של הדף מופיעה הערה לא־מפוענחת בכתב ערבי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document of sale for real estate, a quarter of a house, between Shelomo b. Moshe and Sitt al-Hanāʾ bt. Elʿazar ha-Levi. Possibly in the hand of ʿImmanuʾel b. Yeḥiʾel (this seems doubtful). The (partial) description of the estate is in Judaeo-Arabic, the legal part of the deed is in Hebrew. Mentions 10 dinars (and then "a thousand"?).
