ENA 4011.16a (שבר עליון): מסמך משפטי או חשבונות קהילתיים. ביהודית-ערבית. נכתב ונחתם על ידי יצחק בן שמואל הספרדי. דהוי מאוד. יש לפחות שתי רשומות נפרדות. הראשונה מזכירה סכום שנגבה מסאלם אל-חאדם. השנייה מזכירה את ההקדש ומתוארכת: אמצע עשרת ימי אלול 1437 סלאוקידית, שהוא 1126 לספירה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: ENA 4011.16a (upper fragment): Communal accounts. In Judaeo-Arabic. Written and signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel ha-Sefaradi. Very faded. There are at least two distinct entries. The first mentions a sum collected from Sālim al-Khādim. The second mentions the heqdesh and has a legible date: middle third of Elul 1437 Seleucid = beginning of September 1126 CE.
