שני שברים זעירים; לגדול יש שרידי טקסט בצד הקדמי והאחורי. ייתכן שאותיות עבריות גלויות עם ניקוד טברני. הצד הקדמי מראה סימני שימוש חוזר עם טקסט בסיסי דהוי יותר, אפשרות בכתב ערבי או ספרות קופטיות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Two tiny fragments, the larger one has remnants of text on the recto and verso. Hebrew letters may be visible, with Tiberian vowels. The recto showa signs of possible reuse with a lower base text in more faded ink, possibly in Arabic script or Coptic numerals.
