מכתב מאליהו בן כלב בן ליאון, יהודי ביזנטי, אל הנגיד המצרי שמואל בן חנניה. המכתב נכתב בדרכו של אליהו לקהיר, ובו הוא מתלונן על דלות הלימוד בקרב יהודי מצרים ועל רפיון שמירת המצוות שלהם.
