חשבון של הוצאות בנייה משנת 1230 לערך. שריד של דף שחלקו השמאלי-תחתון חסר; כולל שלושה טורים של פריטים בכל אחד מצדי הקלף — recto ו-verso. החשבון מתייחס לתיקונים שבוצעו בדאר חיון (Dar Hayyun). רוב הפריטים המופיעים בו הם אספקה של גבס, חומר (טיט), אריחי ריצוף וסיד. לפי גיל.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Accounting of building expenditures ca. 1230. Fragment of a leaf, of which the bottom left part is missing; it includes three columns of items on both recto and verso. The accounting refers to repairs in Dar Hayyun.
