קטע זעיר המזכיר את השם סולימאן כריו/כדיו(?), אולי שם המשפחה הספרדי קאריליו המתועד במקום אחר בגניזה. העיצוב/השרטוט שמתחת לשם נראה במראהו ובפריסתו כמו השלכות גיאומנטיות (חיזוי בעזרת נקודות בחול), אשר לעתים מזכירות יחידים בשמותיהם בחלק העליון של השאלה. בצד השני (verso): טקסט נוסף, אך לא ברור כיצד או אם הוא קשור לצד הראשון (recto). דרושה בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Minute fragment mentioning the name Sulaymān Kariyo/Kadiyo(?), possibly the Sephardi surname Carillo attested elsewhere in the geniza (AIU VII.D.62 - PGPID 30558). The design/drawing underneath the name has the appearance and layout of geomancy castings, which occasionally mention individuals by name in the upper question section (T-S AS 144.7 - PGPID 18740). Verso: Additional text, but unclear how or if relates to the recto. Requires further examination. MCD.
