שריד של מכתב בעברית. על פי הפלאוגרפיה ניתן לתארך אותו למאה השש-עשרה או למאה השבע-עשרה. בשורה 4 מוזכר אדם בשם זרחיה (זרחיה) — שם המשמש בדרך כלל כשם משפחה, אך במקרה זה ייתכן שמדובר בשם פרטי, על סמך מיקומו ברצף תארי הכבוד.

Someone with the name Zerḥiya (זרחיה) is mentioned in line 4, which is commonly a surname but in this instance may be a first name based on where it appears in the honorifics. MCD.
