רשימות שמות לפי משקי בית/משפחות שונים. נכתב בידו של ידותון הלוי (סוף המאה ה-12 עד תחילת המאה ה-13). מופיעים שמות רבים ושונים. רשומה מסקרנת בתחתית ה-verso: "ישועה הבחור שמת עם אביו כאשר הבית התמוטט עליהם". המסמך שייך לאותו אשכול של ארבעה מסמכים נוספים מאותו ההקשר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Lists of names according to different households/families. In the hand of Yedutun ha-Levi (late 12th to early 13th century). Many different names. An intriguing entry at the bottom of verso: "Yeshuʿa the young man who died with his father when the house collapsed on them."
