פתק בכתב ידו של אברהם מימוני אל "אלשיח' אלתלמיד אלאג'ל אלרצ'וי(?)". בערבית-יהודית. נראה שמוזכר בו אדם נצרך ("...וצ'רוראתה...") וכן רבי מנחם. גם השורה השלישית בצד השני נראית בכתב ידו של אברהם — לכל הפחות הכיתוב בעברית המתייחס ל"אלתפארת", ואולי גם המילים שלפניו בכתב ערבי. הפתק כתוב על שריד שנגזר ממכתב שנשלח אל אברהם מימוני. הכתובת המקורית של אותו מכתב השתמרה (בכתב ערבי וגם בכתב עברי): "אלחרירי ימסור זאת לסיידנא אלרא'יס... אברהם הנגיד הגדול...". השימוש בתואר "נגיד" בתוך תקופת כהונתו של אברהם מימוני כרא'יס (1205–1237) מסייע לתארך את הפתק לאחר 1213 לסה"נ.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Autograph note from Avraham Maimonides to al-Shaykh al-Talmid al-Ajall al-Raṣuy(?). In Judaeo-Arabic. Seems to mention somebody in need (...wa-ḍururātuh...) and Rabbi Menaḥem. The third line on the other side appears to also be in Avraham's handwriting (at least the Hebrew script that refers to al-Tifʾeret, but perhaps also the preceding words in Arabic script). This note is written on a fragment that was cut from a letter sent to Avraham Maimonides. The original address of that letter (in both Arabic script and Hebrew script) is still preserved: "al-Ḥarīrī should deliver this to Sayyidnā al-Rayyis... Avraham ha-Nagid ha-Gadol....". The usage of the title "Nagid" within the timespan of Avraham Maimonides tenure as Rayyis, r. 1205–1237, helps to date the note as post-1213 CE.
