מכתב מסלים בן הארון אל אברהם בן הרמב"ם (הנגיד) בענייני כספים הנוגעים לילדיו של אחיו המנוח פרח' בן הארון אלג'נאוי, אשר היו תחת חסותו של סלים לאחר פטירת אמם. אברהם בן הרמב"ם כיהן כראיס אל-יהוד בין השנים 1205–1237 לסה"נ, ונשא גם בתואר נגיד החל משנת 1213 לסה"נ.
