מסמך שנכתב בזווילת אלמהדיה, בלוויית אישור (אשרנוהו) שנכתב על ידי בית הדין של פוסטאט, כפי שמעיד הלשון "אשרנוהו" (באישור בית הדין). המסמך עצמו עוסק במשלוח סחורות שנשלח על ידי יחיא בן מוסא, אשר לא כלל את הסחורות המסחריות שהיו מיועדות לסלמאן בן שביב הכהן. סלמאן תובע את סחורתו בפני בית הדין. במסמך מוזכרים ישראל בן יוסף אבן בנוקה ואחרים. המסמך מתוארך ליום חמישי, י"ט בתמוז ד'תתז' לבריאת העולם, שהם שנת 1047 לסה"נ. העדים החתומים: ח'לוף בן יהודה; ברהון בן משה בן ברהון; יצחק בן יעקב. האישור נכתב בכתב ידו של אפרים בן שמריה. עדים נוספים: אברהם בן מבשר; והחזן יפת בן דוד (בן שכניה).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document written in Zawīlat al-Mahdiyya with a validation written by the court of Fustat, as denoted in Hebrew אשרנוהו (in the validation of the court). The main document concerns a shipment of goods which was sent by Yaḥyā b. Mūsā and which did not include trading goods for Salmān b. Shabīb ha-Kohen. Salmān claims his goods in front of the court. The document mentions Yisrael b.Yūsuf Ibn Bānūqa and others. It is dated: Thursday, 19 Tammuz 4807 AM, which is 1047 CE. Witnesses: Khallūf b. Yehuda; Barhūn b. Moshe b. Barhūn; Yiṣḥaq b.
