מכתב שבו הכותב מוסר דרישות שלום לר' חננאל, "אלדיין אלג'ליל" (הדיין הנכבד), ולדיין יחיאל בן אליקים (מחאלב). הפתק כתוב ברובו ביהודית-ערבית, ופותח בנוסחת הפתיחה העברית: "בשם הרחמן, (אגרת) לכבוד הגדול הקדוש היקר המעוטר המפואר [...] הדיין אליהו החכם". לפי גויטיין, מדובר באליהו הדיין, ולפי אסתר-מרים וגנר המכתב משתייך לאוסף המסמכים הקשורים אליו.
