מכתב בערבית-יהודית. הכותב פונה אל הנמען בבקשה להתערב במקרה של גירושין, שבו האישה סובלת מיחס לא הוגן מצד בעלה. הבעל מנסה לרמותה ולשלול ממנה את נדונייתה (קֻמאש) ואת מאוחר הכתובה (מֻאַח'ר). ככל הנראה מדובר בטיוטה, וזאת על סמך מבנה המסמך והתיקונים הרבים שבו.

The addressee is asked to intervene in a divorce case where the woman is being treated unfairly by her husband, who is trying to bilk her out of her dowry (qumāsh) and delayed marriage payment (muʾakhkhar).
