מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בין 1100–1138). שני קטעים מראש המסמך. נראה שמדובר בהסדר/יישוב של סכסוך בין שותפים, סוחרי הודו. הצדדים הם אליה בן שלחיה (שלחיה — שם נדיר), שאולי היה ד'א[מן] (ערב), ואבו אלסרור פרחיה בן שלמה הלוי. מוזכרים 2000 של משהו; אלמוגים; תימן ([דיא]ר אליַמַן); ויחידת המשקל "אלפִלּ" (מאית מן הפראסלה, ראו פרידמן, מילון, עמ' 697, וגויטיין ופרידמן, סוחרי הודו, עמ' 590 הע' 30, 645 הע' 8) או לחלופין "אלפֻלּ" (יסמין); סכסוך בין שני אנשים, שאחד מהם טוען שהשני ערבב משהו בסכום הכולל [...]; וסכום של 18 (ורבע) דינרים. בצד האחורי מופיעות כמה מילים, גם הן בכתב ידו של חלפון: "10 שנים ו-3 חודשים...". (תיאור קודם ציין כי מוזכר במסמך גם זכריה הלוי.) המסמך קשור לקטע אחר, ואולי אף מהווה איתו צירוף ישיר. אותם שני צדדים מופיעים גם במסמך נוסף, המתוארך לשנת 1123/24. צירוף: אלן אלבאום.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (active 1100–38 CE). Two fragments from the top. Seems to be the resolution/settlement of a partnership dispute between India traders. The parties are Eliyya b. Shelaḥya (שלחיה, a rare name) who is possibly a ḍā[min] and Abū l-Surūr Peraḥya b. Shelomo ha-Levi. Mentions 2000 of something; coral; Yemen ([diyā]r al-Yaman); either the weight "al-fill" (1/100 of a farāsila, see Friedman, Dictionary, p. 697 and Goitein and Friedman, India Traders, p. 590 n. 30, 645 n. 8) or "al-full" (jasmine); a dispute between two men, one of whom claims that the other mixed something in the total [...]; and a sum of 18 (and 1/4) dinars. On verso there are a few words, also in Ḥalfon's hand: "10 years and 3 months...." (A previous description said that there is also a Zekharya ha-Levi mentioned in this document.)
