מכתב מבני ברכיה העוסק בענייני הישיבות של בגדאד בתקופה שבה דוסא בן סעדיה גאון עמד בראש ישיבת סורא, וכן בחיזוק מעמדו של אברהם בן נתן (עטאא'), רופאו של האמיר באדיס, מאוגוסט 1015. יש לציין שהתעתיק הוא של גויטיין.
