חלקו העליון של שטר שותפות, שחציו התחתון שרד בנפרד (חיבור על ידי מתיו דאדלי). התאריך, סוף שבט ה'תקס"ד (פברואר 1804), מופיע רק בחלק התחתון של החיבור. השותפים: משה הלוי עג'מי, מרקאדו חובה(?) (מרקאדו חובה), דוד הלוי עג'מי, וחיים צנוע. העסק עסק בבדים ובגדים, ובין סוגי הבד הנזכרים: "אטלס" (סטין) ו"צוף" (צמר). השותפות כוללת שנים עשר סעיפים דו-לשוניים בעברית ובערבית-יהודית, המפרטים את תנאי השותפות, אשר נקבע כי תימשך עד פסח של השנה שלאחר מכן, ה'תקס"ה (אפריל 1805). מתוך התיאור של החלק התחתון: זהו חלקו התחתון של מסמך משפטי הנוגע לשותפות מסחרית בבדים/בגדים בין ארבעה חברים: משה הלוי, דוד הלוי המכונה עג'מי, חיים צנוע, ועוד אדם אחד ששמו מופיע בראשי תיבות בלבד בשורות 18, 20, ו-33 (הרב מ"ח). שמו של השותף הרביעי שמור בחלקו העליון של המסמך — מרקאדו חובה(?). המסמך מתוארך לסוף שבט ה'תקס"ד = פברואר 1804, והחלק העליון של החיבור מציין כי השותפות תימשך עד פסח של השנה הבאה ה'תקס"ה = אפריל 1805. הטקסט עובר באופן סדיר מעברית/ארמית לתרגום בערבית-יהודית בסופו של כל אחד משנים עשר סעיפי השותפות (הקטעים בערבית-יהודית פותחים לעתים קרובות במילה יעני = כלומר). גם סעיפי התוספת מופיעים בתבנית דו-לשונית. נזכרים סכומי כסף כגון 4,500 מאיידס ו-5,000 מאיידס, המייצגים קנסות על הפרת תנאי השותפות. שורה 13 משמעותית במיוחד, שכן היא מאשרת שכל אחד מחברי השותפות מנהל חנות עצמאית למכירת סחורות מסחריות (כל אחד בחנותו). בשורה 24 מציין הסופר כי שלושה עותקים של המסמך הוצאו בעת רישומו. חתום פעמיים על ידי מאיר בן-נעים — פעם אחת כסופר/עד, ופעם נוספת בשם אחד מארבעת השותפים. ככל הנראה, מתתיה אשכנזי חתם כעד השני, וייתכן שהוסיף לשמו קיצור שהיה שונה מן הצורה המקובלת ס"ט (= ספרדי טהור / סופו טוב), אם כי האות הראשונה עשויה להיות סמ"ך בכתיבה לקויה.

Date: the end of Shevaṭ 5564 (February 1804 CE), this designation is only available on the lower section of the join. Partners: Moshe ha-Levi ʿAjamī, Merkado Ḥuba(?) (מרקאדו חובה), David ha-Levi ʿAjamī, and Ḥayyim Ẓanuaʿ. The business had to do with clothing, some of the types mentioned are "satin" (אטלס), "wool" (צוף). The partnership features twelve bilingual Hebrew-Judaeo-Arabic clauses that offer detailed terms for the partnership, which is set to last until Pesaḥ of the following year 5565 AM (April 1805 CE). Description from PGPID 16113: Lower section of a legal document concerning a commercial partnership in clothing/cloth between four members: Moshe ha-Levi, David ha-Levi aka ʿAjamī, Ḥayyim Ṣanuaʿ, and one individual whose name is only available as initials in lines 18, 20, and 33 (הרב מ׳׳ח). The final partner's name is available in the upper section of the document as Merkado Ḥuba(?) (join: Matthew Dudley). Dated: end of Shevaṭ 5564 AM = February 1804 CE. The upper section of the join (PGPID 11267) notes that the partnership will last until Pesaḥ of the following year 5565 AM (April 1805 CE). The text regularly alternates from Hebrew/Aramaic to Judaeo-Arabic translation after each of the partnership's twelve clauses (the Judaeo-Arabic sections often begin with יעני = yaʿanī ). The addendum clauses are also listed in a bilingual format. Mentions sums of money such as 4500 mayedes and 5000 mayedes, representing fines for violation of the partnership terms. Line 13 is crucial because it confirms that the partnership members each run shops for the sale of commercial goods (כל אחד בחנותו). In line 24 the scribe notes that three copies of this document were issued at the time of recording. Signed twice by Meʾir Ben-Naʿim, in one instance as a scribe/witness and, secondly, on behalf of one of the four members. Matatiya Ashkenazi likely signs as the second witness and he may have signed his name with an abbreviation that was distinct from the common ס׳׳ט = ספרדי טהור= סופו טוב.
