אישור משפטי שנכתב בידי אביתר הכהן, "אשר שם האל נקרא עליו, בן גאון ונכד גאון". התיעוד מתוארך לסביבות שנת 1100 לפי קטלוג CUDL. במסמך מצהירים העדים על נכונותו של חשבון מסוים. העדים החתומים הם יהודה בן שבת ועֻלָּא בן יוסף הלוי. הקטע מכיל גם חשבונות נרחבים בערבית (ראו רשומה נפרדת).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal certification written by Evyatar ha-Kohen "upon whom the name of God is called, the son of a Gaʾon and grandson of a Gaʾon." Dating: ca. 1100, according to CUDL. Stating that the witnesses affirm the correctness of a certain account. The witnesses are Yehuda b. Shabbat and ʿUlla b. Yosef ha-Levi. The fragment also contains copious Arabic accounts (see separate record). VMR
