רשומת בית דין. מתוארך לעשור האמצעי של טבת שנת אלף ארבע מאות ושבע-עשרה למניין שטרות, היינו דצמבר 1105. מקום הכתיבה: פוסטאט. המסמך מתאר אישה נשואה בשם מֻדַלַּלָה, המכונה גם סִתּ בַּגְ'דָאד, המפקידה חלק מתכשיטיה כערבון לחוב שלקח על עצמו אחיה. הרישום נכתב על גב כתובתה של האישה, כפי שמצוין במפורש: "בית הדין הכניס את רישום הפקדת החפצים הללו על גב כתובתה". חתום בידי יצחק בן שמואל. שני מסמכים נוספים קשורים לאותו מקרה (גויטיין שיער בשלב מסוים שמדובר בשני העתקים של אותו מסמך עצמו).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record. Dated: Middle decade of Ṭevet 1417 Seleucid, which is December 1105 CE. Location: Fustat. Describing a married woman—Mudallala aka Sitt Baghdād—depositing part of her jewelry as collateral for a debt incurred by her brother, written on the reverse of the woman’s ketubba (marriage contract), as clearly stated: “The court entered the deposition of these objects on the back of her ketubba.” (S. D. Goitein, Mediterranean Society, 3:113, 449; 4:430.) Signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuʾel. T-S 13J2.14 and T-S 10J28.14 are related to the same case (Goitein at one point suggested that they were two copies of the same document). EMS
